Business Padel Challenge - Timeline and Guidelines

1. Kickoff

Our exciting Padel competition begins this semester on 15th of January 2024. We have different categories, all starting on the same date.

2. Duration

The challenge lasts for 9 weeks with one match scheduled per week. Following the regular matches, we'll host a Playoff over one weekend (to be confirmed based on availability) to crown each category champion.

3. Match Schedules

Four weeks prior to the tournament (Monday, 18th of December), we'll publish the match calendar. This allows teams ample time to coordinate.

4. Venues

Matches will be held at Peakz Utrecht mainly, the specifics of which will be finalized based on the match schedule.

5. Flexibility

We understand unforeseen circumstances can occur. Teams can request to reschedule their matches up to two weeks in advance.

6. Registration and Attendance

Teams must confirm their attendance and player availability two weeks before each match. If a cancellation occurs less than two weeks prior to a match, the opposing team may choose to claim a 6-0, 6-0 victory or reschedule the match.

7. Communication

Match schedules and results will be shared promptly. Winning teams are responsible for submitting match results within two days after a match.

8. Logistics

Once match schedules are confirmed, we will finalize the locations for each match. A BPC delegate will be present at each match to provide new balls before kickoff.

Champions' Reward

Champions of each BPC category will enjoy a 3 nights - 3 days trip to Mallorca. Includes accommodation, breakfast, and an 8-hour Padel training with Spanish coaches.
*Airfare is not included in the prize.

Runner-ups' Reward

Runner-ups are also in for a treat! They will receive a 50% discount on the same Mallorca program, hosted by Mallorcamp.

Network Day

We believe everyone’s a winner in some way! All BPC participants and businesses are invited to a special networking event to expand their network, close deals, or learn from colleagues. More information about this event will be shared in the coming weeks.
